1. Individual Services

Once purchased (e.g., resume building, mock interview, psychometric test), no refund will be provided as these are digital services with immediate access.

2. Subscription Packages

• Subscriptions can be canceled within 7 days of the initial purchase for a full refund.
• After 7 days from the initial purchase, no refund will be processed for the current billing period.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
