Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all services purchased through the SessionSync platform, including but not limited to premium subscriptions, report downloads, and career tests. All payments made to SessionSync Technologies are subject to the terms of this refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Services: You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • One-Time Purchases: One-time purchases, such as for the Full Psychometric Test or individual resume downloads, cannot be canceled once the service has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered.

Refund Policy

  • General: Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for any fees paid. This includes subscription fees, one-time purchase fees, and any other charges associated with our services.
  • Subscription Renewals: We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees that have already been charged for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current period but will avoid future charges.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of technical failure or billing errors, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team at ranjan@sessionsync.in within 7 days of the transaction.
